Rustic Glamping Accommodations
At Healing Grounds, our unique accommodations offer a perfect blend of adventure, solace, and rest, making them ideal for a rustic glamping getaway. Whether you’re seeking a night away from the city, a quiet space to reflect and unplug, a romantic weekend escape, or a retreat from another corner of the world, Healing Grounds provides a tranquil oasis to meet your needs.
The domes are designed to unplug, slow down, and find rest and rejuvenation. There is limited power to the sites as we use low-voltage for lighting and battery operated charging for phones. As this is a camping experience, you are invited to bring your camping gear! There are no microwaves, or plugs for laptops, hairdryers, etc. The washroom is a walk away where you can access a bathroom, shower, and hot water.
From the vibrant prairie sunrises to the calming chinook winds, every moment here fosters renewal and joy. Come and discover a sanctuary where comfort meets the beauty of the great outdoors.
Healing Grounds Wellness Ranch
Healing Grounds opened June of 2022 as a branch of Keys to Hope Counselling Services. We started by offering Animal Assisted Therapy with two horses, and a variety of wellness programs.
In spring of 2024 we were awarded the Innovation Grant by Travel Alberta and began our expansion into tourism and experiences. We have five geodesic domes available for overnight stays.
Wellness Options
Part of the ranch wellness experience may include a peaceful mindfulness experience with the horses called Feet on the Ground. Walk the 155 acre property and discover the beauty of the prairies, the native plants and wildlife. Connect with nature, unplug, and revive your soul! Book a romantic date night in our larger geodesic dome or ask about other wellness options.
This is a glamping experience with the traditional feel of camping. Washroom facilities are a short walk to the common area where we are developing our outdoor cowboy kitchen. Each unit has heating, low-voltage lighting, and chargers for your phone.
